- Family Income: The annual income of the household should not exceed ₹2.5 lakh.
- Banking Requirements: Applicants must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account to facilitate Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
- Family Status: The applicant’s family should not include an income tax payer or own four-wheelers (except tractors).

Offline Application:
